Produce is "fresh and dirty", harvested from Ted's own farm and delivered to London twice a week. He also supplies seasonal British fruit from neighbouring farms and will stock imported fruit out of the UK season. Vegetables supplied from Ted's farm are not labelled organic, but they are unsprayed, seasonal and as local as possible. Some produce is grown in unheated glasshouses to extend the season. Ted also has a good range of home-grown herbs in pots, free-range eggs (duck and hen) and the odd seasonal special.
